Refunds, Returns & Reprints
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. However, if there’s a verified manufacturing error:
– We’ll offer a reprint (not a refund)
– Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving your order
– To qualify for a reprint, at least 99% of the original shipment must be returned
Rush orders are not eligible for refunds or credits, even in cases of production issues.
Limitation of Liability
Hexa Packaging shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
– Misuse of our website or services
– Delays in shipping or production
– Errors in customer-submitted content
– Use of non-food-grade materials unless explicitly requested
We are only responsible for correcting verifiable printing defects caused by our own processes.
Customer Accounts & Access
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Any orders placed through your account by you or anyone with your credentials are considered authorized.
We recommend using strong passwords and monitoring account activity regularly.
Intellectual Property & License
By submitting content to Hexa Packaging, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for:
– Proofing and production
– Quality control
– Storage and customer support
We do not claim ownership of your designs.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
– Natural disasters
– Labor strikes
– Supplier shortages
– Transportation delays
Holiday Closures
Hexa Packaging observes major U.S. and Canadian holidays. Orders placed near holiday periods may experience processing delays.
