
HexaPackaging Return, Reprints and Refund Policy
We craft every order just for you once your design is approved, your packaging is made specifically to your specifications. That means we don’t keep stock, and we don’t resell what’s made. Because of this, all purchases are considered final.
However, we know things don’t always go as planned so here’s how we handle exceptions.
What We Can’t Refund
Because your packaging is made just for you:
– We don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once production has started.
– We can’t refund for rushed production or shipping, even if there’s a delay.
– We don’t offer refunds on design services once they’re in progress.
If you’re in a hurry and choose expedited service, please understand that changes may not be possible once things get moving.

If Something’s Not Right
If you receive an order with a clear production error on our part, for example, if it doesn’t match the approved proof or there’s a material defect, we’ll gladly reprint the affected items.
To qualify:
– Let us know within 3 business days of delivery.
– Return at least 99% of the original order, unless we waive that requirement in writing.
– Send photos showing the issue so we can assess it right away.
We’ll work with you to make it right quickly. Reprints will match your original approved files and specifications.
Shipping Issues
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of a third-party carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). While we’ll do everything we can to assist, we’re not responsible for delays, damage, or lost items during transit.
We recommend inspecting your delivery as soon as it arrives. If there’s visible damage, take photos before opening and let us know immediately.
Before You Order
Please:
– Double-check your artwork and proofs
– Make sure colors, dimensions, and spelling are exactly how you want them
– Contact us if you need guidance before approving
Once your final approval is in, production begins and changes may not be possible.
